Private tours must be confirmed at least one month before departure, and refunds are not available from two weeks before the booked date.

Confirming your booking

  • A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
  • Pay the balance at least two weeks before departure.

Good to know

  • The per-person price varies with the departure point, group size and vehicle type.
  • Adding stops to the agreed route incurs an extra charge.
  • Private tours must be confirmed one month before the travel date (50% deposit).
  • Pay the balance at least two weeks before departure.

Refund policy

  • Cancel 14 or more days before the start date (excluding the start date) for a full deposit refund.
  • Cancel between 13 days and 24 hours before the start date: no refund if only the deposit was paid, 50% refund if paid in full. (Refunds deduct the cancellation fee, coupon discounts and points used from the list price.)
  • Cancel within 24 hours of the start date and no refund is available.
