Please use a house suitable for the maximum occupancy. ✔ Oeam Village has vehicle barriers installed, so only vehicles with license plates registered during your home-stay reservation can enter. ✔ Only 1 vehicle can be parked in front of the home-stay house. For additional vehicles, please unload your luggage and immediately park them at Parking Lot 1. (※ Vehicles parked in areas other than in front of the registered home-stay house may be towed.) ✔ Oeam Village makes great efforts in pest control as it consists of traditional houses. However, due to the nature of the countryside, insects may appear. ✔ Please pay attention to all safety accidents that may occur during the schedule. In the case of safety accidents caused by the user's own negligence, the user will be held responsible. ✔ If you wish to change or cancel the scheduled trip, the 'Refund Policy' at the bottom of the details page applies.
