On a day when the refreshing scent of bamboo wafted on the breeze, I set off for a bamboo forest stroll in Damyang. Strolling through the verdant Juknokwon and the Metasequoia Road, I momentarily set aside the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Thanks to Guide Kim Jeong-nam, who led the way like a friendly lighthouse and took meticulous care of me, even the unfamiliar path felt warm and comfortable throughout. The taste of the tteokgalbi that filled my mouth with happiness and the night spent in the cozy accommodation provided deep comfort. During the traditional Korean music experience, the deep resonance of our melodies invigorated me, and I truly enjoyed the rhythms taught to me as well as the entertaining performances. The neat country-style breakfast the next morning warmly awakened my body and mind. Listening to the clear sounds of water and birds at Soseowon and Sikyeongjeong, and continuing through the final activity and the heartfelt lunch, every moment of this two-day, one-night trip has been colored in my memory like a beautiful poem. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful experience and am leaving with many happy memories.
