Choru, naturally blending with nature alongside the Hanok... I felt like I was in Jeju Island. Even from the reservoir on the way there, it felt like entering a mysterious space. I heard that the building was designed by the architect who created Osulloc in Jeju! When I first visited, they gave me a thorough explanation of the space, and after the tasting, they shared insights into the vinegar, making the experience feel even more special! I also enjoyed the desserts, which utilized local produce to allow us to try a variety of vinegars. I was so delighted to receive a precious gift of black vinegar that I bought more for my parents! The double cherry blossoms had just bloomed, so they were beautiful, and I took tons of photos. I heard that the autumn foliage is in full bloom and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom in the spring, so I would love to visit again next season.
