It was my first time traveling to Hoengseong, Gangwon-do. The distance was shorter than I expected, so the travel time wasn't difficult. Upon arrival, I took a walk along the Hoengseong Lake Path for about an hour. The path was incredibly beautiful and had a tranquil atmosphere. I think I came to like Hoengseong even more after the village head shared stories about his teaching career and various experiences. Then, we had the much-anticipated dinner. The smoked pork belly and the side dishes prepared with such care felt truly therapeutic. The program was substantial, and I am grateful for creating such enjoyable memories with the high school and middle school students.
