A weekend spent at the Samdoli Kimchi Festival. Samdoli Village, with its hometown scent... A kimchi master's recipe using only domestic ingredients, with Samdoli Village wild peach extract added ~ The taste of the kimchi, made exclusively with natural ingredients carefully cultivated in the village, was truly the best ^^ Warm rice and soup~ After quickly devouring a light yet hearty meal of bossam and freshly mixed kimchi, they even serve sweet homemade sikhye (rice punch) At night, sitting by the campfire in front of our clean accommodation with people who warmed our hearts... We spent a truly bountiful evening with freshly caught yellowtail, amberjack, and cuttlefish, along with Chuncheon dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken). How many times in life can we create such happy memories? Everything felt so heartwarming that I definitely want to go back next year ^^
