The air was fresh, and the accessibility was great as it wasn't far from Songpa-gu, Seoul. We arrived around 3 PM, refreshed our palates with delicious homemade sikhye, changed into the kimchi vests and floral pants we had prepared for the kimchi-making experience with friends, and explored the village. At night, we roasted sweet potatoes over a campfire and stargazed; the atmosphere was wonderful, and we spent a cozy time with our friends. The next morning, we each made 10kg of kimchi, filled our stomachs with fresh kimchi and boiled pork, and visited nearby Yoseonam Rock and Seondol Rock. I made many wonderful memories thanks to the villagers who prepared everything with such care and the clean accommodations. I plan to participate again next year. I highly recommend it.
