It was the absolute worst. 1. When departing, the bus location was different from the one provided in advance, so we waited for about 10-15 minutes. Then, someone told us the bus was over there, so we all rushed over and boarded it. 2. Upon arriving at the stadium, they dropped us off far away, claiming it was difficult to enter (this wasn't mentioned beforehand). 3. On the return trip, the bus location changed arbitrarily, and location sharing was not done properly. I went to the location they told me to, but the bus wasn't there. When I asked via the hotline, they taunted me, asking if I couldn't see the bus across the street. There were dozens of buses across the street—crew buses, Chunma official buses, all in a chaotic mess—so how was I supposed to know? I was absolutely furious. They even taunted me back via the hotline, asking if I couldn't see the bus across the street. If whoever was in charge had been there (there were only bus drivers), I would have protested properly. 4. I don't understand why they blocked chatting in the open chat room. And even though they did manage to unlock the one hotline, the replies were incredibly slow. It was the absolute worst. I felt like I wasted my money so much that I couldn't even sleep at night.
