With the Kimjang season approaching, I am reminiscing about my trip. It was a wonderful time being able to participate in the kimchi-making process firsthand. They provided a delicious lunch of boiled pork, and I was even able to take some kimchi home. I would like to thank the farmers who prepared everything.
