[Gochang/1-Night] Togul Fermentation Farm | Traditional Fermented Meal + Bokbunja (black raspberry) cordial-making experience + Newly Built Lodging 🍶
Three of my middle school friends and I made a reservation at the Fermented Cave Farm, which I had been keeping an eye on for a month, and visited over the weekend. As soon as we arrived, we made bokbunja cordial to help revitalize our bodies. We also enjoyed delicious barbecue that had been smoked for three hours to remove all the fat, as well as a dinner and breakfast prepared with care using locally sourced ingredients. We were truly grateful for the generous hospitality. Although I was already aware of the benefits of "Sintoburi" (eating locally sourced food), this was a time to reflect deeply once again on the importance of our own food, which cannot be emphasized enough. As soon as we got home, we made delicious ssamjang using the balsamic vinegar and doenjang sold there. The bedding at the accommodation had a pleasant crisp texture and was white and clean, so we slept soundly and refreshed. After dinner, thanks to your recommendation, we visited the nearby Gusapo Beach for its magnificent sunset and the night view of Gochang Eupseong Fortress, which were also beautiful and perfect for a stroll. To the host couple—you were so kind and gave off such a warm vibe that I think I will remember this for a long time. It was a truly happy time in Gochang where I was able to make fun memories with my friends.
