[Pohang/1 Night] Rural Life in Dureong Village with a Garden and Healthy Dining
๐ [Review of the Gibuk Durung Village Country Living Experience] I participated in the Gibuk Durung Village Country Living program for two days and one night from July 30th to 31st. Although it was a short trip, it was a time when I returned filled with something that I couldn't find in the city. Here, a young mother and daughter live together in the countryside and run a special program called "Try Living Here for Two Months for Those Who Want to Return to Farming or Rural Life." ๐ Utilizing some of their spare time, they were also running a short country living experience program open to the general public, and I didn't miss that opportunity to go. ๐ฅฐ The quietness and peacefulness of the village, the freshness of nature, and conversations with friendly neighborsโeach and every one of these were moving experiences that I could never feel in the city. Cooking and eating meals with crops harvested directly, and taking early morning walks along country paths while breathing in the scent of grass carried on the breeze, left a deeper impression than any other healing trip. What impressed me most was the life story and the sincere hearts of the young mother and daughter who created this program. This experience, which helps you feel country living not as a 'romance' but as 'life,' went beyond a simple trip and was a precious experience that made me contemplate the true direction of my life. For those dreaming of returning to farming or rural life but feeling lost about where to start, this two-month experience seems likely to offer direction and courage. It also seems like a wonderful, unique, and educational vacation or trip for families who want to experience rural life with their children. There are three dogs in this house: Dano, Boreumi, and Kkamja. Their names all have touching backstories. I was surprised to find that the dogs in this house also possess personalities similar to those of the mother and daughter. There isn't a single corner that isn't touching. If you need some fresh, good vibes and a truly replenishing time, please make sure to visit Gibeuk Durung Village. You won't be disappointed. I went without high expectations, but it was a healing trip that left me with a profound sense of happiness. I sincerely hope the owner's family and the dogs will be happy together for a long, long time. ๐ One thing I would like to let you know is that this is a 2-month "Live Like Your Own Home" program, so those staying for a short period must bring all their toiletries.
