I would like to ask if "How to Play" properly checks and introduces places, and if they have personally visited and inspected them. These are the wretched sights of this place, which I visited two years ago for a family gathering after seeing it on "How to Play." From the refrigerator to the rice cooker, not a single spot was clean. I sent a complaint and a text message, and they apologized, but I am posting these photos now, two years later, because I want to emphasize the need for thorough management and supervision regarding what takes place through this site. Recent reviews are positive, and while it would be ideal if the place were well-managed and hygienic, if "How to Play" only takes commissions without proper management, I will continue to post photos like these. Please inspect thoroughly so that we never again have unpleasant memories from trips we trusted.
