[Gochang] Fall in Love with Beautiful Gochang - Safe Travel, Reassuring Space
Shimdream is a place where the charming interior, imbued with the owners' personal touch, truly awakened my sensibilities. After exploring the Naejangsan Trail before heading to the accommodation, the subtle aroma of rich drip coffee ground with a millstone and the warm foot bath that relieved my tired feet were the best remedies for my weary body. That millstone is one of those items I really want to buy myself! Haha. The dinner and breakfast prepared with such care were delicious, though I felt a little guilty leaving some rice behind because I ate lunch late. I was so grateful for the warm roasted sweet potatoes, hibiscus tea, and herbal tea prepared for the picnic; they melted away the fatigue from exploring Gochang Eupseong Fortress. In particular, the Oranda, which the owners said they made themselves, was even tastier because it wasn't too sweet. The accommodation was also cozy with a warm indoor temperature, so I slept soundly. Thank you to the two owners for providing such a wonderful place and program for a memorable 1-night, 2-day stay. I hope this becomes a famous landmark in Gochang that I would like to revisit if I have the chance.
