I made a casual reservation in Hoengseong to relax with a friend. I experienced complete 'rest' in a quiet and beautiful space. Watching the host carefully prepare the broth with anchovies and kelp for the soybean paste stew and meticulously clean each ingredient grown by the host made me feel truly pampered. It was a time I will never forget, from the meals and tea served to the warm words of the host. The next day, we went over to Hongcheon to visit Sutasa Temple, and the host even recommended some great restaurants in Hongcheon. Thanks to the host, I had a precious experience. I pray that the host's family is filled with love, and I look forward to visiting again.
