Arrived at Cheonan Asan Station at 8:45!!! Soon after, we boarded the large bus that came to pick us up and arrived at Udang Gotaek. Looking around the spacious courtyard that welcomed us warmly, I saw my companions already mixing seasoning into the cabbage, laughing and taking pictures~♡ Meanwhile, my friend and I were grilling and eating vegetable pancakes^^ After taking a commemorative photo wearing grandmother vests, it was already my turn. 7kg of cabbage and 3kg of seasoning were prepared, and thanks to the helpers who spread out the plastic bags next to us, making kimchi was so comfortable. Making kimchi was like eating a piece of cake while lying down. The kimchi arrived two days later; I let it ferment for a day and put it right into the refrigerator. When I tasted it the next day, the kimchi tasted absolutely amazing.
