[Wando/1 Night] Ulmorae Sound Walk | Sea Glass Craft + Wando's Kitchen + Marine Healing Path 🌊
A trip to Wando with four women (Mom, two older sisters, and me) ^^ We walked along Sinji Myeongsa-simni Beach and the nearby pine tree walking path. The scenery around the beach was truly artistic. A lush pine forest surrounds the beach, and the view of the sea and pines harmonizing was truly healing. It felt unique to walk along the wide, open coastline watching the sunset. The abalone dishes were served in earnest ^^ Abalone sashimi, steamed abalone, abalone and octopus dishes, seasoned seaweed, etc. We really ate enough abalone to last a year to our heart's content. The perfect pairing with the Wandonesia drinks—Wando Sujebi Pajeon Wine, Wando Makgeolli, and Wando Cider—which are essential to any meal, along with the treasure trove of stories shared between the host and guests, made for a perfect day. We even had the girls' chatter we couldn't finish at the accommodation. Just so you know, the Ondol room provided the perfect wrap-up for the trip. It completely relieved my fatigue. After having abalone porridge for breakfast, off on a daydreaming trip! It is the perfect place for a quiet, contemplative walk, offering a small but certain happiness, rather than a bustling, crowded spot. Decorating picture frames according to our individual tastes with seashells, conch shells, and glass shards found on the beach was truly a moment of returning to childhood innocence. It was so heartwarming to see my mother, in her late 70s, excitedly pasting them one by one. Even the finishing touches were a gift package! I really had a wonderful time.
