<November 23, 2024 Asan Kimjang Experience> Every year around this time, I can't even imagine making kimchi, but here, I can simply show up and be done with it. To think I could make kimchi in no time at the atmospheric Udang Gotaek, which boasts a 100-year history. Cabbage and kimchi-making facilities produced in Asan, eco-friendly and hygienic stonework, and an abundance of warmth and affection like a mother's home. (A delicious and healthy meal setting) Friendly camaraderie with people I met for the first time at *How to Play*. Saving up memories of impromptu performances after the kimchi-making. A day filled with deep appreciation and gratitude for our traditional food. Stopping by Onyang Hot Springs for a refreshing after-party was also a fun and interesting memory. I am eagerly awaiting the Asan kimchi I made. I have already booked the Asan Kimjang Experience for next year.
