My 2-day, 1-night trip to Muju with Chon Gang-se was a special time filled with nature and healing. Muju is not just a place with beautiful scenery. It is a travel destination filled with nature, healing, and unique experiences. During this 2-day, 1-night trip with my fellow cast members, I was able to fully experience its charms. Day 1: Relaxing healing starting with lunch at Sujakbureuneun Cafe and a foot bath at the Wine Cave The first part of the trip consisted of a meal of wood-fired pizza and sandwiches at Sujakbureuneun Cafe, followed by a visit to the Muju Wine Cave. The slightly late lunch was absolutely delicious. It must have been a really famous place, as it was packed with customers... They even gave us free drinks! Haha. Following that, we were able to enjoy a foot bath experience while tasting wine inside the cool and mysterious cave. Soaking my feet in warm water infused with wine completely relieved my fatigue, leaving me feeling light in both body and mind. Thanks to the unique atmosphere and comfort of the Wine Cave, I was truly healed right from the start of the trip. For dinner, we had the grilled dried pollack set meal at Wangjo Restaurant in Seolcheon-myeon. Perhaps because it boasts a 20-year tradition, the food was incredibly delicious. Accommodation: A Special Night at Taekwondowon Our accommodation was Taekwondowon, a place that offered a unique charm beyond simple lodging. In addition to the spacious and clean facilities, spending a day in a space where one could feel the spirit and culture of Taekwondo was a special experience in itself. At night, we were able to enjoy true relaxation while admiring the starlight amidst the tranquil nature. Day 2: Immersing ourselves in nature while walking the Muju Gucheondong Eosa-gil The next morning at 10 a.m., we savored the highlight of our trip while walking the Muju Gucheondong Eosa-gil. The sound of the clear stream, the refreshing air, and the beautiful scenery unfolding along the path were truly gifts from nature. As we walked slowly and took in the surroundings, it felt as if all the stress accumulated in the city was melting away. The Eosa-gil is so well-maintained that even beginners can walk it without difficulty, making it a place I would recommend to people of all ages. However, out of curiosity, we went all the way up to Baengnyeonsa Temple. I highly recommend visiting if you have the time. The last dish I had was the freshwater snail soup set meal, which is especially good for the liver; it was a special dish unique to Muju. **Recommended Points** I strongly recommend a 2-day, 1-night trip to Muju to anyone feeling exhausted from their daily routine. From food that prioritizes both taste and health, to a special healing experience at the Wine Cave, a unique stay at the Taekwondo Park, and refreshing walks through nature along Eosa-gil. Every moment left a beautiful memory. And of course, the ever-changing meal menu goes without saying. If you are considering Muju as your next travel destination, this itinerary will perfectly resolve that dilemma! 😊 **
