[Sangju/Same-day] Traditional Korean Full Meal + Hanok Tea Ceremony + Dried Persimmon Muffin Baking
My first solo trip It was my birthday I received a very precious birthday meal. A full meal, dessert, and fermented tea at a traditional house in Sangju, Gyeongbuk, along with muffins made from dried persimmons. I also enjoyed the connections I made with the people I met here for the first time. A woman who came with her daughter after visiting Jeju for her college interview, and an older sister who enjoys traveling alone. We shared stories about our travels and local attractions. It seems people in their 40s and 50s just become friends so easily. I had never traveled alone before, but since I was doing the traditional house experience, I also got to see wonderful scenery while driving around. I have never experienced such healing. I had only passed through Sangju before, but it turned out to be a place overflowing with charm. I had fallen for the charms of Gyeongbuk, but now I have discovered the appeal of yet another new place. I should plan a leisurely trip to Sangju next time.
