A trip to Purple Island with a friend for a break from our exhausting daily lives. A journey through Sinan and Mokpo accompanied by quite atmospheric autumn rain... Meeting the painter Kim Whanki and spending a warm and comfortable night in a historic traditional house in Mokpo... I think I will occasionally crave the neat meal featuring Heuksando Hongeo, Mokpo's representative dish, as the main course. The various stories shared at the Maritime Museum with the guide were a touching time, allowing me to learn facts I never knew before. A local Namdo trip with a guide who comfortably led us for two days and one night. It was such a healing time, and it makes me want to go again.
