We had trouble boarding the bus on time because the driver deviated from the designated meeting point. I do not think it is acceptable to park and wait 500 meters away from the boarding location. Even if it is outsourced, I hope the company (Nol-eun-ha-beop) will pay a little more attention to this. I believe it was disrespectful to customers who came out early in the morning to wait for the bus in a busy area, but we managed to meet the schedule safely at the destination. I hope that customers will not experience any inconvenience regarding future departure schedules.
