I also enjoyed the trip to Muan and Yeongam. It was a great trip with excellent feedback from the guide, safe driving from the driver, and quick thinking from the manager. Perhaps because it was the day after Chuseok, there was no traffic. Since we left early, they even packed drinks, sandwiches, and snacks for us, assuming we might not have had breakfast, so we started the trip feeling full. The thoughtfulness of even providing bottled water made the trip even more enjoyable. We arrived earlier than expected, so due to time constraints, we listened to a quick commentary at the Oh Seung-woo Art Museum in Muan-gun and had some free time. Both exhibitions were good, but I particularly liked "Memories of a Summer Forest Under the Shade of a Tree" because it featured picture books. I also thoroughly participated and took advantage of the experience booths, rest area, and the satisfaction survey, which even gave me two postcards of my choice. The healing program at Cho-ui Seonsa was more than enough to heal and relax. The tea picnic, where I could enjoy tea and traditional snacks while admiring the scenery, was great. The yoga using yoga rings, which is easy to follow, aromatherapy, singing bowl meditation, and the space where I could take a walk while listening to Cho-ui Seonsa's commentary were my favorite activities. **Making My Own Seal at Baengnyeon Cultural Center** I debated whether to use my name or nickname for my seal, but I ended up making one with my current nickname. Although I received a lot of help making it, I felt proud. **Eating Galnak-tang and staying at a Hanok in Gurim Village** It was a bit disappointing that the accommodation was modern, but the quiet village walk in the morning and the space in front of the lodging were great for healing. **Visit the Dr. Wangin Historic Site** I listened to the commentary, took a walk, made my own keyring, and rested at the pavilion, moving around at a leisurely pace. I enjoyed the freedom within the set time. Although participating in the stamp event gives you a 1,000 won Yeongam Love Gift Certificate, I felt it was better to experience the space rather than just going around clearing stamp missions, so I think it was a good decision to skip it. Below the Art Museum - Making rice bread using Yeongam figs. It features a small art gallery and a photo zone, making it a great space for taking pictures. With its forest view, a door reminiscent of the anime *Suzume no Izume no Izume*, and a picnic atmosphere, it was a great place to create another memory. Yedam's Wolchul Soban is a visually appealing bento box that delights both the eyes and the mouth. The dessert decorations and other details made me feel like I was being treated like royalty.
