βœ” Once your reservation is complete, an informational message will be sent via KakaoTalk, so please be sure to check it. βœ” Completed pottery works will be delivered to you by parcel after drying and kiln firing, which takes about one month. βœ” Please pay attention to safety during the itinerary; participants will be held responsible for any accidents caused by their own negligence. βœ” If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booked gathering, it will follow the 'Refund Policy' at the bottom of the details page; same-day cancellation is strictly not permitted in principle. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the refund policy. βœ” In case of cancellation due to failure to meet the minimum group size, the participation fee will be refunded in full. βœ” A 100% full refund will be provided for cancellations resulting from severe weather, natural disasters, or host-related circumstances.
