■ Operating Information • This package operates from November to March and does not include outboard motorboat fishing experiences. • The tidal flat experience schedule depends on the tide on the date of your visit, and the exact start time will be provided prior to your visit. • If the tidal flat experience cannot take place due to weather or tide conditions, a notice will be sent via text message by 5:00 PM two days prior to your visit. • If weather conditions change abruptly after notification, village staff will assess the site for a final decision and notify you immediately of any updates. • If the experience cannot proceed, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling your date (1 free change). • Please note that pets are not allowed. ■ Tidal Flat Safety Guidelines • Please follow the instructions of the village guide while on the tidal flat. • If the tide turns and the guide requests evacuation, please exit immediately. • If the experience is halted due to failure to follow instructions, refunds may not be available.
