🚩 For this product, a 'Final Booking Confirmation Notice' will be sent within 1–2 business days after booking and payment request. ✔ Available for a minimum of 10 people. Transportation is not included in this product. ✔ Additional refunds will not be issued if verification photos of designated activities, restaurants, and tourist spots are missing, if a review is not written, or if the number of participants does not match. ✔ A confirmation message will be sent via KakaoTalk upon booking completion, so please be sure to check it. ✔ In case of rain, the Juknokwon Sound Walking may be difficult due to equipment constraints; in such cases, it will be replaced by a storytelling commentary program. ✔ The detailed itinerary and activity types may vary slightly depending on local conditions and seasons. ✔ Full refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or host circumstances. ✔ Guests are personally responsible for any safety accidents resulting from their own negligence. ✔ Schedule changes and cancellations are subject to the refund policy below.
