What to Bring
โข Please arrive in comfortable clothes. (Clothes that are fine getting dirty with clay are recommended / aprons are provided in the studio)
โข Completed ceramics will be dried, fired twice in the kiln, and shipped by courier approximately 3 to 4 weeks later.
โข For sessions on days other than regular Saturday operations (10:00 / 14:00), please inquire separately.

Important Notes
โข Operates on Saturdays with two sessions at 10:00 / 14:00. Please inquire by phone for weekday visits.
โข Minor glaze drips, air bubbles, and cracks that occur during drying and firing are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and do not qualify for a refund.
โข Duration may vary slightly depending on individual working pace.
โข Finished pieces will be dried, fired twice, and shipped via courier to the address provided on the day approximately 3โ4 weeks later. A shipping fee of KRW 4,000 is separate. (Shipping fees may vary for group reservations, requiring prior consultation.)

- 100% refund if cancelled up to 5 days before the start
- 50% refund if cancelled up to 1 day before the start
- Non-refundable within 1 day of the start
- Refunds exclude penalties, discount amounts, and used points
