■ Operation Notice • Fishing departure times can be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, regardless of tide conditions. • Availability/cancellation updates due to weather conditions will be notified via SMS text message. e.g.) Experience on Oct 18 → Notified by 5:00 PM on Oct 15 • If weather conditions change rapidly after the initial notification, the skipper will assess sea conditions to make a final decision, and any changes will be promptly communicated. • For groups of 4 or more, splitting into 2 outboard boats or prior coordination is required. • Pets are not allowed on this experience. ■ Boarding Safety Guidelines · Life jackets must be worn at all times while on board, and please follow all instructions from the skipper. · Do not navigate outside the skipper's line of sight, and return immediately upon a return-to-port request. · Refunds may not be granted if the boat must return to port due to non-compliance with safety instructions.
